Active Survivors of Sheboygan Team, a group of area cancer patients and survivors who are committed to living a healthy and active lifestyle following a cancer diagnosis while supporting and encouraging one another, is another aspect of our “Survive, Thrive & Be Fit program. Use this handy Activity Log to track your progress and earn your spot on the team!
Survivorship Through the Lens is an outdoor digital photography workshop for cancer patients and survivors that encourages participants to get outdoors and be active while learning and developing outdoor photography skills while exploring how the way the see the world has changed following a cancer diagnosis and is another opportunity through our Survive, Thrive & Be Fit program!

SCCCF’s “Survive, Thrive & Be Fit” was started in 2010. The program encourages area cancer patients and survivors to adapt or maintain a healthy lifestyle following a cancer diagnosis by providing a variety of free healthy and active living opportunities.
