The Sheboygan County Cancer Care Fund provides many different services designed to assist local cancer patients and survivors with the financial, physical and emotional challenges of a cancer diagnosis:
SCCCF offers “gestures” (financial assistance) in an effort to help eligible cancer patients and survivors manage financial challenges of their diagnosis. Survive, Thrive & Be Fit
SCCCF offers a variety of healthy and active living opportunities for area cancer patients and survivors known as our “Survive, Thrive & Be Fit” program.
Activities include: “Gentle Yoga for Cancer Survivors”, “Steps to Survivorship” walks, “Hiking Along the Cancer Journey” hikes, “Up the River WITH a Paddle” kayaking, “Survivors on Snowshoes” and more! Together with The Sheboygan County YMCA’s “LIVESTRONG at the Y” program, we are “Making Sheboygan County the Healthiest Place to Survive Cancer.”

Active Survivors of Sheboygan, a group of area cancer patients and survivors who are committed to living a healthy and active lifestyle following a cancer diagnosis while supporting and encouraging one another, is another aspect of our “Survive, Thrive & Be Fit program. Use this handy Activity Log to track your progress and earn your spot on the team!
Survivorship Through the Lens is an outdoor digital photography workshop for cancer patients and survivors that encourages participants to get outdoors and be active while learning and developing outdoor photography skills while exploring how the way the see the world has changed following a cancer diagnosis and is another opportunity through our Survive, Thrive & Be Fit program!
Massage & Reiki Program for Cancer Patients is another unique program designed to introduce area cancer survivors to the benefits of massage & Reiki at no cost to them. This program is available to cancer patients and survivors within 12 months of diagnosis, those who are currently undergoing treatment or those with qualifying circumstances.
Step 1. Review the flyer and choose from the list of participating providers.
Step 2. Download the initial intake form, complete it and submit it to The Sheboygan County Cancer Care Fund (or one of our representatives).
Step 3. After your application is received, we (SCCCF) will contact your chosen provider to approve services and arrange billing.
