Whether you choose to work out with us, with others, on your own, or a combination… We invite you to join us in “Making Sheboygan the Healthiest Place to Survive Cancer”!
Active Survivors of Sheboygan (A.S.S.) are a group of cancer patients/survivors committed to living an active life following a cancer diagnosis and are joined by the Active Survivors of Sheboygan Incredible Support Team (A.S.S.i.s.t.) that includes co-survivors and caregivers! Just exercise 30-minutes or more at least eight days per month to qualify as a “Team Member” or twenty days or more per month to be considered a ST&BF “Olympian”!
Cancer Patients/Survivors and their co-survivor guests log their activity distances to complete a Marathon Walk/Run, 100K Row, and/or 100-mile Ride during each season (Winter, Spring, Summer, Fall) to complete each distance and become an official “FINISHER”! That is only about 1/3-mile walking/running, 1.1K rowing, and/or 1.1 miles riding each day!
NOTE: 2026 A.S.S. & CUMULATIVE Events log sheets coming soon!
