ST&BF at the Christopher Farm & Gardens (February) - Survivors on Snowshoes!!

February 3, 2021 - Survivors on Snowshoes at the CF&G!

More than twenty cancer patients, survivors and co-survivors joined us on a beautiful sunny and windless day for another "Survivors on Snowshoes" outing at the Chirstopher Farm & Gardens!

Participants are welcome to submit up to 3 photos from your visit on this day to be considered for a 2022 Survive, Thrive & Be Fit at the Christopher Farm & Gardens Calendar.  Mr. Jay Christopher and Erika Lusthoff will choose which of these photos will represent the month of February on that 2022 calendar!

The Many Faces of the CF&G!

Submitted by Tim E. Renzelmann

I came across this same spot along the Turkey Trail that I photographed a few days earlier... but this time I noticed the two faces (one smiling, one frowning) etched into the base of this decorative piece, symbolic of how every visit to this peaceful space brings new perspectives!

Sometimes the beauty of the CF&G can be so overwhelming (in a good way) that it distracts me from looking to the east to see the added beauty that Lake Michigan brings to this unique spot!
