Join us in-person or virtually to practice!
Note from Tim: I made this simple rubber band bracelet with my Granddaughter in about ten minutes (if I can do it, anyone can)... Or feel free to make your own, possibly more intricate, pattern!
We marked the 13-year anniversary of ST&BF throughout the month of February with four special Gentle Yoga for Cancer Survivors sessions with four special yoga instructors and they are available for you to practice anytime!
