APRIL - National Kite Month!

APRIL - National Kite Month!

As many cancer patients/survivors and visitors to Matthews Oncology Associates and Sheboygan Cancer & Blood Specialists know, Mary Beth provides almost ever-changing and seasonal welcoming decorations to all who enter!  To compliment her current spring decorations, I offered to hang a display kite to commemorate April - National Kite Month and promote SCCCF's "Great Heights with Delightful Kites" outings!

For many, kite flying is a year-round activity.  But April (National Kite Month) marks warmer weather and longer days to enjoy this fun activity that also has many health benefits (CLICK HERE for a more detailed previous blog post)!

Here are a few videos and photos from a few recent outings meant to give you an idea what you will experience if you join us at a future "Great Heghts with Delightful Kites" outing (watch the Local Cancer Community Update for details):
